Core Return Policy

• All cores must be received within 60 days from the purchase date.
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all core returns.
• All Cores are subject to inspection prior to a credit being issued. 
• Core returns are inspected for damages including but not limited to:
  • Broken housings/cases
  • Broken shafts
  • Excessive hard part failure
  • Missing components
• Righteous Diesel Performance will deduct the cost of replacement parts from the core refund if deemed necessary. 
• Cores that are deemed unusable will not receive a core refund.
• Cores that have been received within 60 days AND pass the core inspection are eligible for a full core charge refund.
• Cores that are returned after 60 days of the purchase date AND pass a core charge inspection will only be eligible for a 50% core refund.
• Cores will not be accepted after 90 days from the purchase date.
• Righteous Diesel Performance reserves the right to reject issuing a core refund if the core guidelines are not met.

Core Shipping Guidelines

• When shipping cores, do not use the USPS post office. 
• All cores MUST be cleaned of all fuel/oil prior to being packaged for shipping. 
• All cores must be shipped in proper packaging to prevent further damage to the core which may result in a deduction or denial of core credit.
• Righteous Diesel Performance is not responsible for any lost or damaged cores during the shipping process.
• Damaged or lost cores will need to be addressed with the carrier as soon as possible using your tracking number.
