At Righteous Diesel Performance, we specialize in vehicle-specific components, performance upgrades, and limited-production inventory. Because of this, we operate under a strict fulfillment policy to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and product integrity.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders may require additional processing time for:
    • Built-to-order products
    • Low-stock or supplier-direct items
    • High-demand or promotional periods
  • Once an order is placed, it immediately enters processing and cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Methods

  • Shipping carriers are selected at our discretion based on speed, reliability, and destination.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Once an order has been shipped, Righteous Diesel Performance is no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues.
  • Any shipping issues must be resolved directly with the carrier using the provided tracking number.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are solely responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to receive delivery:
    • May incur additional shipping charges
    • Will not be refunded

Return & Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our products—including vehicle-specific fitment, high-performance components, and installation-sensitive systems—all sales made through Righteous Diesel Performance are final.

No Returns / No Refunds

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, including:
    • Incorrect product ordered
    • Change of mind
    • Installation issues
    • Compatibility assumptions
    • Buyer error

Fitment Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to:
    • Verify vehicle compatibility (year, make, model, trim)
    • Confirm product specifications before purchase
  • If you are unsure, contact us before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

We only address issues where:

  • The product arrives physically damaged, or
  • There is a verified manufacturing defect

To submit a claim:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Clear photos of packaging and product
    • Order number
    • Description of issue

Failure to report within this window will result in claim denial.

At our sole discretion, we may:

  • Replace the item
  • Issue a store credit
  • Deny the claim if damage is determined to be caused during installation or misuse

Installation Disclaimer

  • Many products require professional installation.
  • Improper installation voids any eligibility for replacement or support.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Labor costs
    • Installation errors
    • Secondary damage

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a violation of this policy.
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Submit all order documentation, tracking confirmation, and policy agreement as evidence
    • Permanently ban customers from future purchases
